At AquaMagic Kids, we want you and your kids to love our reusable water coloring books.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at support@aquamagickids.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
We will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
